GIVING THANKS IN EVERYTHING ... Tomorrow afternoon we are celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving with our Nairobi team complete with a Turkey dinner BUT AS YOU CELEBRATE... Some of your friends need URGENT PRAYER: Ken and Shirley Birch - Ken (former RD for East and West Africa) has been diagnosed with cancer and is awaiting surgery (see his update under the Africa team; Bill and Bev Pharand in Guinea - Prayers for safety - Political demonstrations have left 150 dead and precipitated an international crisis; SENEGAL - Some Christian churches have been closed including one of our own. Please pray for the Lord's people during these days that they might have divine wisdom and protection; Marg Foreman - Marg has been experiencing a lot of knee pain in the past few weeks and is currently undergoing physiotherapy - the x-ray shows damage that may require surgery or even a knee replacement. Please pray for divine healing!
